Nice Cream



  • Frozen Bananas
  • Peanut or Almond Butter

Thats it, just blend it!

The topping is some Vegan whip that can be tricky at times so don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t turn out.

  • Canned Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Agave Syrup

Let the coconut milk settle so that the thick cream is on top of the coconut water… In other words, don’t shake it, you want it solid when you open it. Scrape the coconut milk into a bullet or blender, don’t get any of the liquid from the bottom into the mix. Add vanilla extract and agave syrup and blend for quite a while. It will kind of begin to curdle and then it will start to blend together and fluff up, as soon as it looks creamy take it out and put it in the fridge for a few minutes. Should be the consistency of cool whip when you take it out. Put this on top of your “nice cream” with a little sprinkle of raw cacao nibs.
