- Cremini Mushrooms
- Collard Greens
- Olive Oil
- Bread (I chose Dave’s Killer Bread)
Toss your mushrooms, garlic and a bit of olive oil in a frying pan, and put your bread in the toaster. Slice your bananas and rinse your blueberries. Strip the rind from your collard greens and toss them into the pan with your mushrooms. Shake everything up and let it fry a little.
Throw your toast on a plate, smear a little jam on the corner and pile the contents of your pan atop your toast, beside your fruit.
