Barbecued Chick Peas Please

Grab a sauce pan and add

  • Ketchup
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cook all of that for 5 minutes and then add a can of drained chick peas to the mix and simmer.

I have a big pile of spinach, a bit of roma tomato and half an avocado with a little balsamic vinegar, sea salt and pepper.

Yum!
