Some summer eats.

Barbecued chick peas

  • Organic Ketchup
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cook for 5 minutes and then dump a can of drained chick peas in there and simmer all of that goodness into them.

Chuck them on top of a bed of greens with a little red onion, cucumber and avocado.

This time I dressed with Follow Your Heart- Vegan Ranch Dressing which was OK, but I struggle with “creamy” sauces these days, kind of creeps me out.

I dressed my corn with olive oil, salt and pepper.
